Q. When does the sale end?
A. The sale runs from December 1, 2025 (Mon) through January 15, 2026 (Thu) at 11:59 PM. Orders placed during this period are eligible for the discount.
Q. What are the conditions for free shipping?
A. Orders over ¥10,000 (tax included, after discount) qualify for free shipping nationwide. Orders under ¥10,000 will be subject to standard shipping fees.
Q. Are outlet items eligible for the discount?
A. We apologize, but outlet items are excluded from this sale. Only regular-priced items are eligible for the 20% discount.
Q. When will the online store be closed?
A. The online store will be closed from January 16 to February 6, 2026. We plan to reopen on February 7, 2026 (Sat), and shipping will resume on February 13 (Fri)..
Q. Why are you pausing shipments?
A. Due to operational needs including warehouse relocation, we will be pausing shipments for approximately 3 weeks from mid-January. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Q. I'd like to receive my items before year-end. What should I do?
A. December 26th (Fri) is our last shipping day of 2025. For year-end delivery, please place your order by December 25th (Thu) at 12:00 PM. Delivery dates may vary depending on your location.
